How to Inspire a Lackadaisical Employee

You may think that an employee that is lazy is only hurting themselves, I hate to tell you but you would be wrong. To quote the famous movie The Incredibles, “A company is like an enormous clock, all the pieces have to work together.” When one piece is not working well the whole thing can fall a part. As an employer when your employees are working harder it is a potential for a higher profit. Think about it more sales means more revenue.
How to spark interest:
-Set a goal for your employees to reach to inspire them to work towards that goal
-Provide incentives that include: bonuses, time off, work related perks, work related events, and other desirable events and material possessions
-Create a competition, people are more inclined to work harder when they know they are pitted against others
-Make the work environment an enjoyable one so they are happy to work, but not so enjoyable they will not do anything
-Be stern but fair as a boss
It is important for a business to function well, to function well it must have employees that are inclined to work well.
