Ion Insurance Donates to Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury

We presented Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury with a check for $1,655, which was raised from our Quotes for a Cause program in the second quarter of 2019. This program was created to help local Connecticut charities every quarter by making a donation of $5 for every new insurance quote provided. A different local charity is selected each quarter.

Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury provides emergency shelter and free comprehensive support services to victims and survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Safe Haven of Greater Waterbury is committed to ending violence and sexual assault by changing the social conditions and beliefs that perpetuate violence against women and children.

Safe Haven shared the words of one of their former clients who recently sent a beautiful thank you note to her advocate.
