Matthew Coughlin Joins Ion Insurance

Ion Insurance Corp., a full-service independent insurance brokerage affiliated with Ion Bank, has hired Matthew Coughlin as Vice President Commercial Lines Producer.  In this role Mr. Coughlin
is responsible to acquire new business and provide customer service to existing business customers.

Prior to joining Ion Insurance, Matthew was Vice President/ Principal Owner at CDR Insurance Group in Waterbury.  He attended the University of Connecticut and is an active member of Faith at Newtown Church.  He also is a Naugatuck Chamber of Commerce Board Member.
He is a native of Wethersfield and currently resides in Newtown with his wife and two daughters.
