Quotes For A Cause October 2016 - Quilts That Care

Ion Insurance has selected Quilts That Care of Watertown as its October 2016 recipient in its Quotes for a Cause program.  Quotes for a Cause was created to help local Connecticut charities every month by making a donation based on every new insurance quote we provide.  For every quote we give, we will donate $5 to a charity of our choosing.

Quilts That Care is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization focused on providing hope and support to cancer patients. The group was founded in April 2012 by a handful of ladies equipped with a few sewing machines and a passion to help others. It has blossomed into a group of 60+ volunteer team members dedicated to giving comfort and hope to individuals currently undergoing cancer treatment.

Ion Insurance is very excited to participate in the Quotes for a Cause program. As a local insurance agency, we believe that giving to local non-profit organizations is a great way to thank the community for helping us become who we are today.
