Quotes for a Cause May 2015 – Children’s Center of Hamden
During the month of May, Ion Insurance will be assisting The Children’s Center of Hamden through its Quotes for a Cause Program.
Quotes for a Cause was created to help local Connecticut charities every month by making a donation based on every new insurance quote we provide. For every quote we give, we will donate $5 to a charity within the markets we serve.
For children who struggle with serious emotional, behavioral, psychological and social issues, The Children’s Center of Hamden is one of the brightest lights in Southern New England.
They are a private, nonprofit child care agency in Hamden, Connecticut that engages more than 150 highly skilled childcare workers, therapists and teachers to provide quality treatment, care and education in an encouraging and responsible setting.
Their mission— for more than 180 years now—is to give hope to children who struggle with:
- Psychological or social problems
- Physical or sexual abuse
- Learning disabilities
- Substance abuse
- Family trauma
