Submit a Claim

If you’ve been involved in an accident and need to file a claim during regular business hours (Monday – Friday: 8:30am-5pm), please call us directly at 203.439.2815. 

For your convenience, you may also report your claim via the HUB International Mobile App, where you can provide details of your incident and attach photos of the scene. By using the App, your claim is submitted directly to HUB International and a representative will be in contact with you the next business day. HUB will handle reporting the claim information to your carrier on your behalf.
